We were absolutely delighted with the polished professionalism of Funk Monster Band. From the moment we contracted this wonderful band, Mr. James, their band leader (representative) was fastidious in finding out the songs we wanted, the schedule for the evening and every other detail we never would have thought of. The one most important detail aside from a great sound, was our concern that an eight piece band might be too loud for the room. Mr. James assured us that the band brought along their own sound engineer. He delivered as promised. We had a packed dance floor, and my husband who is especially sensitive to bands "blasting us out of the room," was DELIGHTED with the volume and quality of the music. If we were to do it all over again, we would not go looking for another band.  I would call Mr. James! My advice to anyone looking for the perfect band for a wedding or any very special event is to call Rick James and then let them do all the thinking for you!! You can worry about the flowers, the photography, the guest list, the table seating, all the other details..You are in the best of hands with this wonderful band!!
