Raised on the east coast, keyboardist Art Kuehn, alumnus of the Julius Hartt School of Music,
began writing classical, pop, rock and gospel compositions at an early age. Upon arriving on the Chicago music scene,
he cofounded many successful bands including Slow Burn, The Alfred Packer Band, Message, and KontraBand, the latter showcasing
his and cofounder Joel Justin's original songs. With numerous recording credits crossing over several musical styles,
Art continues his eclectic development with R&B and funk influences.
